Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Love Field

I've been staying at this property for all my Dallas travels over the last 2 years and I wouldn't trade it for any other location in Dallas. The staff- from management to housekeeping and maintenance - is friendly, polite and efficient. I've had a large work group stay here for almost 2 weeks, utilising the meeting room as well and it's been impeccable each time. The rooms are always clean, the gym is well equipped and this is probably the only Marriott property in Texas that upgrades my rooms without even asking, based on my loyalty status and availability.

Dwayne at the front desk made my 1 am check in so pleasant and amicable. He embodies customer-centric customer experiences and his willingness to provide it emanates so clearly.

We stayed here for 3 nights while we were in town to watch the Cowboys game. This is a really nice hotel. The complementary breakfast was great. The beds were soft and easy to sleep on. And most of all the employees were very nice and hospitable special thanks to Leslie, Ximena and Dwayne who were helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this Fairfield hotel in the heart of Dallas. The staff truly makes the experience stand out—Leslie, in particular, went above and beyond every single time. Her kindness and attention to detail made my stay feel genuinely cared for. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything fresh and updated. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety, well-prepared, and a perfect start to the day. Overall, an excellent stay. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Dallas.

It was a good stay I guess, the room could’ve been a lot more cleaner to be honest. There was a penny on the center of the carpet and other trash throughout, which led me to believe that the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The bathroom was very dirty as well, mold, mildew and scum on the shower. A cleaning lady complained to me regarding being overworked and short staffed. The breakfast was sad and honestly the worst we have ever had in a Marriot chain hotel! The coffee was surprisingly good and there was always coffee available, which we appreciated. We basically stayed because of the location close to my son’s graduation. Not sure if I would return in the future. The front desk staff was nice and made sure to greet you.

I have stayed at this location on a few occasions. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The front desk manager or supervisor during my stay was very pleasant, patient, and addressed my concerns in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this location.

Very clean. Front desk people are very nice and quick to help with anything necessary. They let me park my car at the hotel while flying out of love field to avoid paying airport parking fees for a long trip. Room was very clean and the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom were top notch stuff unlike some places give. Would recommend staying here!

I came to this hotel after a bad experience at the Holiday Inn down the street. Leslie the front desk receptionist made us feel so welcomed. She was very sweet, attentive, and professional. She greets all the guests, always had a smile, and was very friendly. Even during breakfast this morning, she was walking around ensuring everything was going well for the guests and she was also helping out. The hotel and rooms were clean, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Leslie for turning things around and making our trip memorable. :)
